If something was missing from your order, start by checking the shipping invoice included in your package.
If the missing item is listed on your invoice, there may have been a warehouse error. Let us know by using the Contact Us link and we'll look into it for you.
If the missing item isn't listed on your invoice, it could either be shipping from our other warehouse or there may have been an inventory issue.
You can either double check your shipping confirmation emails to see if you were provided two tracking numbers or please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team either at email@example.com, through our Contact Us form here, or via chat which is available Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm to help out with this further.
