Once an order ships, we can't make any changes to it, including to the shipping address.
If you reach out to us via the Contact Us form, we may be able to cancel your order for you. On Sunday through Friday, orders ship within a few hours of being placed (sometimes within just 15 or 20 minutes), so we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
If you have an account, you can edit an existing address or add a new address in your Address Book by following these steps:
For editing an existing address
- In your account, click “Address Book”.
- Next to the address you want to edit, click “Edit.”
- Enter the updated address.
- To make this your primary address, select “This is my primary address.” Otherwise, leave it unselected.
- Click the "Save" button.
For adding a new address
- In your account, click “Address Book”.
- Click “Add a new address.”
- Enter the new address.
- To make this your primary address, select “This is my primary address.” Otherwise, leave it unselected.
- Click the "Save" button.
