Once an order ships, we can't make any adjustments to it, including to the shipping address. On Sunday through Friday, orders ship within a few hours of being placed, sometimes within just 15 or 20 minutes.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by following these steps:
1) In your account, click Orders & Returns.
2) If the order hasn't shipped yet, you'll see a "cancel" link between the Order Number and Shipment Status. Click this link to cancel your order.
3) Place a new order with the correct shipping address.
If the order has shipped, you (the recipient) can contact the shipping providers directly and ask them to update their delivery instructions.
