Our return process varies depending on the product and whether or not you've tried it on. For underwear that you've tried on, see What is your Try On Guarantee? For underwear still in its original packaging and for all other products, we accept returns on anything that's unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. You can choose between a refund to the original payment or an exchange for a different size or color.

Any refunds on Canadian orders will not include the non-refundable international surcharge. If you have your order forwarded to a foreign address we are not able to offer free returns from addresses outside of the United States and Canada.
To protect our shipping and logistics partners from COVID-19 our Silver Masks and WARMKNIT Gaiters are not eligible for a return or exchange, even if they are unopened and unworn.
Please only use prepaid FedEx return labels provided by our website or our customer service team. If you are shipping items to our warehouse using a personally purchased return label, please use the Contact Us Link to notify us. You will need to provide the order number, the tracking number, and the items that being shipped so that we can properly track and process your return.
