It usually takes 5-7 business days for a return to be fully processed, from when it arrives at our warehouse to when you get your refund. (A refund requested through our Try On Guarantee should only take 2-3 days total since it doesn't require a return.)
If USPS tracking shows that your return was received more than 7 days ago but you still haven't been refunded, let us know by using the Contact Us link.
This won't impact the 30-day return eligibility—as long as you create the return within 30 days of purchase, you'll get your refund or credit.
Note: If you think you've gotten a refund in the wrong amount, double-check for any discounts or gift card credit that may have been applied to your order. If it still seems wrong, contact us.
