An AVS error, or gateway error, is caused by a mismatch between the billing information you entered and the billing information on file with the card issuer. These errors are generated by our third-party payment processor to protect you from fraud.
If you see a charge on your statement after one of these errors, it's a failed payment attempt that will disappear in a day or two without removing any money from your account.
To fix this error:
-Double-check all of your billing information for typos or other inaccuracies
-Make sure that the billing address you are using is correct for the card you are using
If that doesn't work, contact your card issuer (or PayPal, if that's what you're using).
