Once an order has been placed, we can’t change the shipping address or the quantity, size, or style of any of the items. If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to our customer service team via the Contact Us form and ask us to cancel the order, then place a new one with the correct information.
We’ll respond as soon as possible—but our orders are usually fulfilled within a day, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel yours before it ships. Once an order has shipped, any change will have to happen via a return or an exchange.
