Once an order ships, we unfortunately can't make any adjustments to it, including to the shipping address. On Sunday through Friday, orders ship within a few hours of being placed—sometimes within just 15 or 20 minutes. Due to higher order volume, some orders placed between November 23rd and December 15th may take up to 5 days to ship.
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, follow these steps:
- In your account, click Orders & Returns.
- If the order hasn't shipped yet, you'll see a "cancel" link between the Order Number and Shipment Status. Click this link to cancel your order.
If you want to change an order that hasn't shipped yet, you'll have to cancel it, then place a new order with the correct information.
